“An expert in change management and productivity methodologies with a passion for jurisprudence, I pride myself in my output and in making a considerable difference in the world we live in.
I embrace values such as the equal worth of all citizens, their equal right to meet their basic needs, the need to spread opportunity and life chances as widely as possible and, the requirement to reduce and, where possible, eliminate unjustified inequalities. These interrelated principles of social justice form the bedrock of my decision to join the board of Fusion Scape Ltd – not forgetting my fondness for sports and wellbeing of course.
Outside of career and academia, I have developed a rather keen interest in the world of motor sport racing and the occasional rugby clashes between nations.

Adebayo Onafuwa: With over 20 years experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Events Management and Media Branding, Adebayo has a passion for empowering young people to Believe | Achieve | Become the best version of themselves.
Adebayo who is based in London has a Masters in HRM from Middlesex University and is currently a Director at TeQ Media – a Media Branding Company where he helps with personal and employer brand amplification as well as Talent Attraction.
Adebayo joined Fusion Scape to contribute to ensuring that young people from underrepresented communities develop the skills and network to help them thrive in tomorrow’s society. Adebayo is married with one child.
